Arise Recovery Centers provides adaptable and intensive outpatient programs that are customized to meet the unique requirements of each individual. Their professional team comprises counselors with master's degrees and specialized qualifications, integrating 12-Step methodologies with proven therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), relapse prevention strategies, and life skills development. Participants have the option to choose between morning or afternoon sessions. Each individual benefits from weekly personalized counseling sessions lasting one hour, as well as two family sessions throughout the treatment process. Group therapy is offered three times a week, with each session lasting three hours and accommodating 8 to 12 individuals. The intensive outpatient program (IOP) comprises 10 hours of clinical support each week, typically lasting about eight weeks. For those requiring medical detox, Arise collaborates with reputable hospitals and detox facilities to facilitate a secure and supportive withdrawal experience. Located in the Allandale neighborhood of north central Austin, this center is situated in a well-established community that combines residential ambiance with local commerce. It offers easy accessibility from main roads such as Highway 183 and MoPac, making it convenient for clients from north Austin and nearby suburbs. Arise Recovery Centers has several locations across major metropolitan regions in east Texas, including Dallas, Houston, and Austin. Additionally, Arise offers virtual group therapy for residents throughout Texas, ensuring that care remains accessible to clients statewide.
