About
ASIC Recovery is a certified outpatient facility designed to assist individuals facing challenges related to substance use and concurrent mental health issues. This program is ideal for those who do not require intensive medical supervision or round-the-clock assistance but seek additional help in their recovery journey. The intensive outpatient program (IOP) caters to both men and women, offering a combination of individual and group therapy sessions. Participants have the option to attend either daytime or evening sessions, receiving evidence-based treatment three times a week for three hours each time. To foster an engaging environment, group sizes are limited to a maximum of 10 participants per session. Each individual meets with a counselor weekly, who is skilled in various therapeutic approaches, including traditional talk therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), motivational interviewing, and the 12-Step model.
Additionally, ASIC Recovery features a sober living residence for men who require a secure environment while participating in the program. This men’s house offers comfortable shared accommodations and communal living spaces, complete with recreational amenities such as a pool table.
Recognizing the significance of ongoing support, ASIC provides the Insight program for all individuals in their first year of recovery. This aftercare initiative emphasizes the importance of continued assistance after primary treatment, offering coaching, 12-Step guidance, life skills development, goal setting, and family support.
