These principles encompass medication assistance to curb cravings and avoid relapse, daily 12-step peer support meetings, and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to help clients manage their emotions and tackle various challenges. Daily recreational activities such as movie nights, exercise classes, crafting, and football Sundays promote community and camaraderie, while the natural surroundings foster tranquility and introspection. The RCA alumni association continues to support clients even after they complete their treatment. They host regular recovery meetings and social events like movie nights, sporting gatherings, and picnics to encourage alumni fellowship.
