About
Bridge To Recovery offers outpatient services aimed at adults facing challenges such as substance use, eating disorders, sexual addiction, trauma, and various behavioral health concerns. Their intensive outpatient program (IOP) enables participants to fulfill their everyday commitments while engaging in a structured recovery process. Recognizing that women's experiences may differ from men's, Bridge To Recovery provides gender-specific support groups to promote greater openness and authenticity. The program adheres to the 12 Steps of Alcoholics Anonymous, requiring clients to participate in 12-Step meetings.
In the IOP at Bridge To Recovery, clients receive individual therapy weekly and attend group sessions three times a week, each lasting three hours. The program employs evidence-based therapies alongside art therapy practices. Additionally, a weekly Friends and Family Night is held to educate loved ones about addiction and how they can effectively support individuals in recovery. Bridge To Recovery is accredited by the Joint Commission and accepts various private insurance plans.
