Burgess Mental Health

Burgess Mental Health is an integral part of the larger Burgess Health Center network located in Onawa, Iowa. The center provides diverse therapeutic approaches for conditions such as depression, anxiety, stress, panic disorders, specific phobias, childhood behavioral issues, and grief. They host walk-in clinics on the first and third Saturdays of each month from 9 AM to 12 PM, with psychiatric services available both in-person and through telehealth. Treatment options include parent-child interactive therapy (PCIT), neurofeedback, brainspotting, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), and emotionally focused couples therapy (EFCT).

At the rehabilitation center, individuals are offered customized support for various mental health issues. They focus on therapy and adjust treatment plans to align with your specific needs, diagnoses, and personal preferences.
