Center for Change Idaho

Center for Change Idaho offers both a Day Treatment (PHP) and an intensive outpatient program (IOP) tailored for adolescents and adults of all genders who are facing challenges with eating disorders. These programs cater to individuals who do not require inpatient treatment but need more guidance and structure than traditional outpatient options provide. The PHP focuses on actively addressing the eating disorder, preventing future relapses, improving self-image, setting personal goals, tackling fears, and completing specific social, vocational, and educational tasks. Participants will engage in one-on-one therapy, family counseling, nutritional guidance, experiential group activities, educational sessions, and therapeutic meals in a supportive environment where they can practice the skills they acquire. The IOP offers fast-paced recovery for eating disorders while allowing clients to maintain their everyday commitments, such as jobs or school. Activities within the program include personal therapy, nutritional support, family engagement, daily group discussions, and goal setting. Located in a beautifully restored home in the historic Hyde Park District of Boise, Idaho’s North End neighborhood, the Center for Change Idaho ensures clients receive the compassionate care and secure setting essential for lasting recovery.
