Changing Tides

Located on a sunny beachside campus, Changing Tides delivers a range of care options for adults including partial hospitalization programs (PHP), outpatient services, and sober living. The program features a comprehensive curriculum that encompasses group, individual, and family therapy, along with psychoeducational and experiential groups. Their approach integrates 12 Step methodologies and trauma-informed care. Participants engage in psychoeducational sessions, experiential activities, and group therapy within this Legit Script-certified center, focusing on both recovery and reintegration into the workforce through various projects and meetings. Clients enjoy convenient beach access just steps from the center, with a spacious seasonal pool and a deck outfitted with lounge chairs available as an alternative to beach activities. During designated hours, clients may utilize their cell phones, computers, and other Wi-Fi-enabled devices. The facility also includes laundry amenities, featuring two washers and two dryers on site. In addition, clients can participate in various outdoor sports such as basketball, volleyball, and touch football, all of which are easily accessible on the premises.

The primary focus of this center is to address substance use disorders by assisting individuals in achieving stability, developing strategies to prevent relapse, and linking them with empathetic support.

Changing Tides accepts a wide range of insurance plans. However, please note that Medicare and Medicaid are not accepted at this facility.
