At CleanSlate, the experienced clinicians are proficient in addressing physical dependencies on alcohol and opioids using Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT). This proven technique incorporates FDA-approved medications such as Suboxone and Vivitrol to mitigate withdrawal effects. For maximum efficacy, MAT is typically paired with both counseling and mental health support. Additionally, CleanSlate offers a specialized program for expectant mothers, featuring medical supervision to safeguard the health of both the mother and her infant. CleanSlate adopts a comprehensive care approach, formulating individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique requirements of each patient. Their offerings encompass MAT, individual and group therapy, family therapy, and aftercare support through certified recovery coaches, as well as coordinated ongoing care. Clients receive help with housing, transportation, and job placement following discharge. CleanSlate holds CARF accreditation and welcomes Medicaid, Medicare, and various commercial insurance options. The East Washington site operates Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 9 AM to 5 PM, Wednesday from 9 AM to 8 PM, and Friday from 9 AM to 2 PM. Distinct from several of CleanSlate’s other locations, this facility provides walk-in hours for new patients from 9:30 to 11:30 AM and 1:30 to 3:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, and from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM on Friday. The center is conveniently located within walking distance to numerous bus stops, enhancing accessibility.

The center focuses on addressing issues related to substance use and concurrent mental health disorders. Every treatment plan is designed to tackle both problems simultaneously, ensuring individualized and empathetic care for holistic recovery.

At our facility, we welcome patients with Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance. We are contracted with a majority of health insurance providers and assist individuals in obtaining the necessary coverage when required.
