Creekside Behavioral Health

Creekside is a behavioral health hospital with 24 beds, catering to adolescents aged 9 and older, adults, and older adults in Tennessee. The center provides various treatment options for individuals requiring acute crisis stabilization, medical detoxification, and outpatient programs such as partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient therapy (IOP). These services support those facing mental health challenges or substance use disorders that affect their daily lives, including older adults with memory-related issues. Opened in 2018, the facility boasts modern amenities designed for optimal care. Creekside accepts a wide array of insurance plans. At Creekside, a dedicated multidisciplinary team addresses the diverse needs of the community through a combination of medical, psychiatric, and therapeutic approaches. Every patient engages in two hours of daily recreational therapy and fitness activities. Recognizing the significance of family connection in mental health, Creekside provides weekly educational sessions for families, which help them understand the therapeutic processes and access additional support resources.
