Patients benefit from around-the-clock assistance, including continuous monitoring and daytime medical and psychiatric care provided by a specialized team experienced in addressing eating disorders and associated mental health challenges. There are also conveniently located apartments available for those coming from out of state who require lodging. In addition to its residential program, ERC Northbrook provides day treatment and intensive outpatient programs, ensuring a comprehensive approach to recovery at all stages. Day programs are available five to seven days a week, allowing patients to rehearse skills in everyday scenarios. For greater flexibility, the intensive outpatient program (IOP) is provided three times a week, which supports patients in balancing therapy, nutritional guidance, and meals with their academic, professional, or family responsibilities.
