The adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) caters to individuals aged 13 to 17, operating on Mondays and Tuesdays from 3 to 6 PM. For adults, the eating disorder program runs for three hours each day, three days a week, and includes a variety of services such as one-on-one counseling, group therapy, supportive dinner groups, nutritional guidance, and more. Those addressing OCD receive weekly group therapy over a four-week period, with groups consisting of no more than eight participants. Additionally, patients have the opportunity to engage in yoga classes that focus on mindfulness and breathing techniques. Edelweiss Behavioral Health is conveniently located in Madison, Wisconsin, on the west side, providing a welcoming and secure environment for individuals seeking treatment for eating disorders and OCD.
