The intensive outpatient program (IOP) caters to those who need a comparable level of support but with reduced hours and frequency. Finally, the outpatient program (OP) is designed for clients seeking more flexibility, allowing them to engage in several hours of treatment weekly while balancing their daily responsibilities. The dedicated and empathetic team at Empower is well-versed in a wide array of treatment approaches for substance use disorders and other co-occurring issues. Their tailored care features individual, group, and family therapy sessions led by professionals skilled in effective techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). Additionally, alternative holistic options such as art therapy, music therapy, equine therapy, and therapeutic massage may also be part of the offerings. To ensure comprehensive support, every enrolled client receives complimentary aftercare assistance and recovery coaching for up to one year, allowing them to access treatment at no additional cost if they experience a relapse.
