About
Footprints to Recovery Mental Health provides clients with essential tools and insights needed to navigate their way through mental health challenges, encouraging them to embark on a meaningful path of self-discovery and empowerment. The center offers three distinct levels of outpatient care: day treatment, also known as partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient programs (IOP), and traditional outpatient services. Each of these options incorporates evidence-based practices along with holistic therapies, medication oversight, and training in practical life skills.
Footprints prioritizes the development of personalized treatment plans designed to cater to the unique needs of each client, which enhances the overall effectiveness of their recovery journey. Their holistic methodology goes beyond simply treating mental health symptoms; it involves investigating the deeper issues that may be influencing each individual's difficulties. The therapeutic techniques used include one-on-one counseling, group therapy sessions, family therapy, and activities aimed at improving physical health, emotional resilience, and skills for better coping.
With Footprints' three levels of outpatient care, individuals can work towards self-improvement while balancing their everyday life responsibilities. The day treatment program requires 4-6 hours of attendance each day, five days a week. The intensive outpatient program offers 9-15 hours of treatment weekly, allowing for greater flexibility to manage family, work, and educational commitments. The outpatient service provides 3 hours of treatment once or twice a week.
Footprints remains committed to supporting clients even after they finish their treatment. Their extensive aftercare and alumni initiatives include a variety of resources such as support groups and follow-up services, all designed to help clients sustain their mental well-being and overall health.
