At Green Acres Wellness, practitioners employ a range of evidence-based methods, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and family therapy, complemented by holistic approaches such as yoga, mindfulness, massage, and art therapy. The center incorporates medication-assisted treatment (MAT) to curb cravings and facilitate stable recovery from alcohol and opioid dependence, all while guiding clients through strategies for preventing relapse and planning for aftercare.
