Hickory House Recovery provides a cozy and discreet residential program for adults, focusing on a comprehensive approach to tackling addiction and related mental health issues. With a maximum capacity of 45 clients at any given time, the center is able to deliver personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each individual. The center features two distinct programs: a residential program and an intensive outpatient program (IOP). The IOP at Hickory House is designed for clients whose situations do not necessitate full-time residential care. This program runs three evenings a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday) from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, spanning 10 to 12 weeks. Its primary aim is to enhance skills for preventing relapse and to bolster early recovery techniques, while also expanding understanding of effective coping methods. Hickory House employs cutting-edge clinical methods to treat addiction and co-occurring disorders. Treatment strategies include comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, group and family therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing (MI), experiential therapy, and support for 12-Step programs. Additionally, holistic therapies such as yoga, mindfulness practices, and meditation are also offered. Nestled just outside Indianapolis in the tranquil countryside of Greenville, Indiana, Hickory House boasts an elegant setting. The facility features well-appointed private and shared bedrooms, with each room equipped with its own bathroom and shower. Ample space for relaxation is available both indoors and outdoors, including areas to gather around a fire. A team of in-house chefs prepares health-oriented meals daily, and clients can enjoy a large outdoor space that includes a fire pit, lounge area, yoga studio, gym, and basketball court. With its combination of privacy and customized treatment, Hickory House Recovery stands out as a distinctive rehabilitation center.
