Hope Harbor Wellness

Hope Harbor Wellness provides support for adults facing challenges related to addiction and concurrent mental health issues through its empathetic outpatient services. Their comprehensive programs ensure that clients obtain necessary assistance via personalized counseling, group sessions, medical care, case management, and aftercare. Hope Harbor features an intensive outpatient program designed to address acute symptoms with a structured therapy approach. This program acts as a transition from partial hospitalization, offering both individual and group therapy sessions several days a week. The foundational level of care offered is the Outpatient Program (OP), which includes evening sessions for added flexibility. This option is suitable for individuals who require additional support twice weekly but are not in need of intensive treatment. It is important to note that completion of PHP and IOP is required prior to entering the outpatient program.

The center provides specialized treatment for addiction-related issues as well as mental health disorders that occur alongside. The approach to care is tailored to individual needs, focusing on both conditions simultaneously, ensuring a thorough and empathetic healing process.
