Integrative Life Center Men's Residential Program

Integrative Life Center (ILC) offers exceptional care for men aged 18 and older through its residential treatment program, which features an 11-bed lodge nestled in the scenic hills of West Nashville. This spacious, cabin-style facility is located on 8 acres of wooded land, creating a peaceful environment for residents. The individuals undergoing residential treatment at ILC benefit from tailored care that includes over 20 therapeutic options designed to meet their unique requirements. Most insurance plans are accepted, and coverage is verified during the initial intake. At ILC, a dedicated and skilled team employs an integrative methodology that blends holistic practices with evidence-based therapies in both individual and group counseling settings. Techniques such as eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma, trauma-informed yoga, meditation, music therapy, art therapy, and martial arts therapy are frequently utilized. Furthermore, ILC facilitates a family program for each resident, encompassing 2 ½ days of inclusive programming with the full treatment team and therapists at no extra charge. A virtual version of this program is also available for added convenience. Throughout the residential stay, ILC ensures that meal plans are thoughtfully curated to promote the wellness of the men, with lunches provided by catering and evening meals prepared collaboratively to foster connections and camaraderie.
