Located a short distance from Milwaukee’s Yankee Hill area, this outpatient facility delivers mental health services for individuals, families, and children dealing with issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and other emotional difficulties in their later years. Experienced and licensed professionals provide therapeutic support and medication management in a soothing and inviting environment, complete with complimentary parking and adaptable weekday scheduling. The center employs a research-backed methodology, incorporating cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), which assist clients in enhancing emotional understanding, alleviating distress, and improving their everyday lives while addressing concerns like grief, suicidality, ADHD, and ongoing mental health issues.
