About
Lantana Recovery offers a range of outpatient treatment options along with sober living accommodations to support individuals in their addiction recovery journey. They adopt a community-oriented model that weaves together peer support, group therapy sessions, and communal living arrangements into personalized recovery strategies. Each client is supported by a dedicated team, which includes a psychiatrist, a licensed therapist, and a peer support specialist who serves as both a case manager and an advocate for recovery. The center features a dual-diagnosis program, tailored programs for different genders, and specialized services for young adults.
The various recovery options at Lantana Recovery encompass the Empowerment Program, intensive outpatient program (IOP), partial hospitalization program (PHP), and medication management. Additionally, they provide separate sober living environments for men and women during outpatient care. In the Empowerment Program, participants reside in sober housing as they move through two treatment phases. The initial phase emphasizes clinical care and therapeutic practices, while the second phase focuses on reintegrating into the community and engaging in outings.
Lantana Recovery's PHP, or day treatment program, consists of 30 hours per week of group and individual therapy. Clients can either stay in Lantana Recovery’s sober living facilities or return home. The on-site psychiatrist oversees medication prescription and monitors their effects. Participants in the IOP benefit from multiple sessions of group and individual therapy weekly, alongside necessary medication management with their psychiatrist. Lantana Recovery offers transportation services to facilitate travel between sober living homes and the clinical facility.
Lantana Recovery also extends support and guidance to family members of clients. They host a complimentary family support group weekly, welcoming relatives from the surrounding community. For those interested, Lantana Recovery organizes monthly family therapy sessions that include both clients and their loved ones. Throughout the treatment process, clients engage in evidence-informed therapies, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), either in individual or group formats. During intervals outside of active treatment, Lantana Recovery arranges beach outings and assists clients in exploring new interests and activities in their early stages of recovery.
