About
Lionrock is dedicated to supporting each client in their journey to recovery, helping them achieve the hard-earned happiness of living free from substance and alcohol dependence. The center believes that the key to recovery lies within each individual and utilizes online treatment to assist clients in discovering their stronger, better selves. They provide both outpatient and intensive outpatient programs, offering group and individual therapy sessions tailored to fit each client's unique schedule.
At Lionrock, therapy incorporates both group and individual formats to leverage the strengths of each approach. Group therapy offers a secure and organized environment where leaders share valuable insights, teach essential skills, and guide clients in practicing new behaviors while supporting each other. Weekly individual therapy sessions, usually with a dedicated counselor, focus on personal challenges, monitor progress, provide case management, and prepare for discharge.
Lionrock’s outpatient (OP) and intensive outpatient (IOP) programs are designed for flexibility, allowing clients to handle their everyday commitments. The OP program includes 16 hours of care monthly, featuring two 90-minute group sessions and one individual session each week, aimed at equipping clients with practical skills for maintaining sobriety. In contrast, the IOP program consists of 40 hours of treatment monthly, with three 3-hour group sessions weekly, along with individual, educational, and family sessions.
Lionrock strives to make treatment accessible for those who might face difficulties in finding suitable care, such as clients with disabilities, multiple jobs, children, or legal responsibilities. By offering support from the comfort of home, clients find it easier to relax and engage openly during sessions. This approach eliminates travel, alleviates concerns about being seen, and provides flexible scheduling that accommodates work, family, and travel commitments.
