More Smiles

Located on the eastern side of Madison, More Smiles provides outpatient dental services alongside mental health support to foster positive experiences for their clients. Their mental health services are available for individuals on Medicaid or those who self-pay, provided their income is below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level. They assist clients involved in the justice system in managing their mental health challenges. The clinic began its mental health therapy services in 2025, staffed with licensed counselors and volunteers who bring a wealth of experience from their extensive background in dental care. More Smiles emphasizes personalized treatment tailored to each individual. They focus on the evidence-based approach known as rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT) while also being equipped to offer various forms of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Each therapy session is scheduled for one hour.

At the rehabilitation center, we focus on addressing mental health disorders alongside co-existing substance use challenges. Our approach involves personalized, team-based care that targets both conditions, promoting comprehensive recovery and well-being.

At present, we accept certain types of Medicaid (Forward Health) coverage. If you are uninsured, your income needs to be at or under 200% of the Federal Poverty Level based on your family size. If this is not the case, we are more than willing to aid you in locating a suitable provider.
