Therapeutic approaches include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Motivational Interviewing, Nutritional Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, Hypnotherapy, Group Psychotherapy, Family Therapy, and Parent Support Groups and Psychoeducation. Additionally, the center provides Animal Therapy, Yoga, Art and Music Therapy, Acting Groups, Outdoor Experiential Therapy, and themed outings.
