Situated conveniently near Piedmont Triad Airport, the rehabilitation center provides dual levels of care: partial hospitalization programs (PHP) and intensive outpatient programs (IOP). They also offer a virtual IOP during evening hours from 5-8pm for clients across North Carolina. The PHP acts as both a preventive measure to avoid hospitalization and a transitional option for those stepping down from inpatient or residential care. Through this program, clients can engage in therapy for 6 hours each day, five days a week, ensuring extensive support. Meanwhile, the IOP caters to clients facing heightened symptoms who are not making adequate progress with their existing therapy or outpatient care, offering 3 hours of treatment per day, 3-5 days weekly. The center's team of skilled clinicians focuses on addressing anxiety, bipolar disorder, depressive disorders, personality disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and co-occurring neurodivergent conditions. Their approach combines evidence-based therapies with alternative methods to promote holistic healing. Common therapeutic modalities employed include acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), art therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), experiential therapies, mindfulness practices, yoga, nutritional counseling, and exposure and response prevention (ERP).
