Pasadena Villa Outpatient Knoxville

Situated in eastern Tennessee, this rehabilitation center provides two distinct levels of care: partial hospitalization programs (PHP) and intensive outpatient programs (IOP). The PHP acts as a preventative measure against hospitalization and serves as a transitional step for those moving down from inpatient or residential care. Participants benefit from comprehensive treatment, engaging in therapeutic activities for 6 hours a day, five days a week. The IOP is designed for individuals whose symptoms are worsening and who are not making sufficient progress with their existing outpatient therapy. This program offers treatment for 3 hours a day, three to five days a week. The center's team of professionals is skilled in addressing various mental health issues, including anxiety, bipolar disorder, depressive disorders, personality disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and co-occurring neurodivergent conditions. They employ a blend of evidence-based therapies alongside alternative approaches to support the individual's overall well-being. Common therapeutic methods offered include acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), art therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), experiential therapies, mindfulness practices, yoga, nutrition therapy, and exposure and response prevention (ERP).

At the rehabilitation center, you will find individualized support for mental health issues. The facility offers counseling and customizes your treatment based on your specific requirements, diagnoses, and personal choices.
