Situated to the south of Nashville, the rehabilitation center provides two tiers of care: partial hospitalization programs (PHP) and intensive outpatient programs (IOP). The PHP acts as a preventive measure against the need for hospitalization and facilitates a transition from inpatient or residential treatment. This program allows clients to engage in comprehensive care for six hours daily, five days a week. On the other hand, the IOP is designed for those who are encountering heightened symptoms and are not making progress in their existing therapies or outpatient services. This treatment option is available for three hours a day, three to five days a week. The dedicated team of specialists focuses on a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, personality disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and co-existing neurodivergent conditions. They incorporate a blend of evidence-based therapies alongside alternative methods to facilitate holistic healing. Common therapeutic approaches include acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), art therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), experiential therapies, mindfulness practices, yoga, nutritional counseling, and exposure and response prevention (ERP).

At the rehabilitation center, you are offered individualized support for mental health issues. They focus on providing therapy and customizing treatment plans to fit your specific requirements, diagnoses, and personal choices.
