Rogers Behavioral Health - Eating Disorder Treatment

The Rogers’ Eating Disorder Recovery adult program is located within a serene nine-acre property filled with prairie and wooded areas in Delafield, Wisconsin. This facility features therapeutic gardens along with comfortable, residential treatment spaces that foster a calming and restorative environment, just a short distance from the primary campus in Oconomowoc. Participants in the adult eating disorder treatment program engage in a structured daily schedule filled with a variety of therapeutic activities. Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is conducted for three hours each day, aimed at transforming thoughts, behaviors, and emotions. To assist clients in facing and diminishing their fears and anxieties, Exposure and Response Prevention sessions are held twice daily. Additionally, experiential therapies such as horticultural, recreational, and art therapy are offered one to two times each week to support the development of coping mechanisms. Family engagement is a key component, featuring weekly family therapy sessions and a monthly Family & Friends Program. This program includes psycho-educational components, shared meals with patients, and supportive group discussions. Each patient also meets individually with a dietician and therapist weekly, along with consultations with a psychiatrist two to three times per week. Nutrition group therapy, led by a registered dietician, takes place weekly, providing vital nutritional information.
