Standard treatment services for mental health and substance use are operational on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., and on Tuesdays and Fridays from 7 a.m. to noon. Clients may attend in person or opt for telehealth consultations. For mental health support, walk-in hours are available during weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on weekends from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Clients have the ability to access their care notes both during and after their treatment through their client portal, MyChart.
