Tapestry provides a range of care options including residential treatment, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs, focusing on various eating disorders such as anorexia, bulimia, binge-eating, orthorexia, and exercise addiction. The treatment approach prioritizes acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) alongside a variety of holistic practices, such as trauma-informed yoga, ecotherapy, art therapy, and music therapy. They also incorporate clinically validated strategies such as equine therapy, family therapy, motivational interviewing, and medication management. The center conducts psychoeducational groups covering essential topics like life skills, body image, the neuroscience of addiction, and fostering self-acceptance. Additionally, they provide support with meal planning, food preparation, and mealtime guidance.
