The Berman Center

Situated in Atlanta, Georgia, The Berman Center serves as an outpatient institution that provides both an intensive outpatient program (IOP) and a partial hospitalization program (PHP) for individuals facing mental health challenges and substance use disorders. The center utilizes a hands-on and research-supported methodology for treatment, incorporating techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), rapid resolution therapy (RRT), psychodrama, art therapy, yoga, spiritual guidance, and therapies targeted at trauma. Their objective is to offer a comprehensive treatment experience, and they also provide various additional services like personal fitness training. The Berman Center features a specialized outpatient program for adolescents known as IGNITE. This 10-week IOP is designed for young people aged 14-18 who are dealing with mental health concerns. The program includes both individual and group therapy sessions, family involvement, academic assistance, and custom treatment strategies tailored to each participant's needs.
