The Grove Recovery Center

The Grove Recovery Center provides comprehensive care for individuals struggling with substance use disorders, offering detoxification, residential support, intensive outpatient programs, and options for sober living. This facility spans two distinct campuses, with the Ascension campus dedicated to detox and residential care set on a scenic 10-acre property by a bayou, while the Baton Rouge campus offers continued support through sober living accommodations. At The Grove, treatment focuses on the holistic well-being of clients, addressing their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs through diverse therapeutic approaches. The center employs a 12-Step framework with on-site Alcoholics Anonymous meetings, medication-assisted treatment, optional spiritual counseling, individual therapy sessions, psychiatric care, and engaging recreational activities. Family therapy and life skills development are also integral components of the program. Clients benefit from ongoing support through aftercare and outpatient group sessions for up to a year following their initial treatment. The Grove features gender-specific housing units tailored to the different treatment tracks, accommodating up to 10-12 clients in shared rooms. The duration of programs ranges from 3 to 7 days for detox, 28 days for residential care, and between 6 to 12 weeks for intensive outpatient services. Extended stays are available at the sober living facility in Baton Rouge. The Grove Recovery Center is accredited by CARF and works with various private and public insurance plans to facilitate access to its services.
