The facility creates a structured and supportive environment conducive to recovery and personal growth. Family involvement is a key component at The Maples, with participation in treatment, therapy sessions, and aftercare planning being essential for maintaining openness. The Maples employs a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches within its suggested 60-day treatment program. Among these are motivational interviewing (MI), cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and SMART Recovery—each grounded in research to promote recovery. The center believes that these modalities can help ignite personal motivation for change and empower individuals to cultivate healthier lifestyles.
