About
For more than five decades, Willingway has been dedicated to assisting individuals and their families in overcoming addiction. The Pines at Willingway serves as a specialized branch of Willingway Georgia, specifically designed for adolescents and teens aged 14 to 18 who are facing challenges related to drug and alcohol use. Their all-encompassing program features medical detox, partial hospitalization (PHP), and residential treatment options. With a caring and experienced team, they provide essential support to help clients navigate their recovery journey. The Pines implements two effective treatment frameworks: The Hazelden Matrix and the 12-Step methodology. These models include a mix of individual, group, and family therapy, along with early recovery skills training, family education, social support, and strategies for preventing relapse. Family involvement is integral to the process, and they can expect consistent communication and support from the entire team. Aftercare services hold equal importance, ensuring that teens exit the program fully prepared for their next steps. The Pines utilizes TRAC9, a secure online application that tracks various aspects of mental health, including mood, anxiety, depression, and craving responses.
The Willingway campus spans 11 acres, featuring serene wooded areas and a tranquil pond that create a peaceful environment for clients and their families. The central campus of Willingway University is situated by Lake Raymond, where clients have the opportunity to fish in a well-stocked pond. The picturesque wooded lake is an ideal spot for relaxing walks. Inside The Pines, clients enjoy private accommodations and spacious communal areas, along with access to an on-site swimming pool and a state-of-the-art gym.
