Time Wellness Georgia

Time Wellness Georgia is an outpatient center that utilizes evidence-based methods to address mental health issues in both adolescents and adults. The center provides three tiers of outpatient services: a partial hospitalization program (PHP), an intensive outpatient program (IOP), and a general outpatient program. They also feature a dedicated evening IOP tailored for teenagers aged 13 to 17. Time Wellness incorporates a diverse range of therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), biofeedback, yoga, music therapy, art therapy, and red light therapy. Through these various modalities, Time Wellness aims to assist clients in improving their communication skills, enhancing self-esteem, and developing effective coping strategies.

The rehabilitation center specializes in addressing mental health disorders alongside concurrent substance use problems. Patients benefit from tailored, team-based approaches that focus on comprehensive healing for the individual.
