Together We Can (TWC) focuses on addiction recovery through scientifically-supported methods and a community-oriented philosophy. They take pride in being one of the pioneering addiction treatment centers in Canada to offer an on-site medical office and pharmacy, simplifying access to healthcare providers and medications. TWC features five residential programs. The Main Centre represents the largest treatment option, incorporating five homes, counseling areas, group meeting spaces, and a fitness facility. This program adheres to the 12-Step principles. Elevate is a private residential facility that caters to individuals facing substance use challenges alongside post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and trauma. Participants in this program will experience cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and principles of 12-Step support. Solid Ground offers a non-12-Step recovery option with an emphasis on a low staff-to-client ratio and combines narrative therapy, motivational interviewing (MI), and group exercises to foster trust and connections necessary for meaningful transformation. The Arise Wellness program is an inclusive and secure setting where clients can navigate trauma and rebuild their lives, facilitated by a non-judgmental and accepting atmosphere. Finally, the All My Relations program incorporates indigenous traditions and ceremonies to address substance use issues among indigenous men. TWC also extends its programs to smaller communities throughout British Columbia and runs a comprehensive sober living initiative. The residential homes are strategically located apart from the main facility to encourage a sense of autonomy and real-life experience while remaining conveniently accessible. Health and wellness are integral to the recovery process, and TWC features a modern, fully-equipped fitness center with two personal trainers on staff. Clients collaborate closely with fitness experts and nutritionists to enhance their recovery journey. TWC delivers genuinely distinct, individualized addiction recovery programs designed to address the core issues of addiction and provide clients with the necessary tools for enduring recovery.
