Villa Kali Ma Outpatient Treatment for Women

Located just a mile off the freeway in Del Mar, Villa Kali Ma specializes in assisting women who are grappling with trauma, addiction, and mental health issues through a range of outpatient services, such as partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient therapy (IOP), and outpatient therapy (OP). Participants can maintain their commitments to work, school, or family while establishing a solid base for lasting recovery, all within a nurturing coastal environment. The outpatient programs at Villa Kali Ma integrate gender-specific psychotherapy with essential life skills, including mindfulness, distress tolerance, safety planning, and relapse prevention techniques. This comprehensive approach helps women transform their past experiences and develop resilience. Body-focused trauma therapies release long-held burdens, while creative workshops and age-old wisdom foster a renewed sense of hope. Throughout the treatment journey, participants are uplifted by a supportive community of peers, emerging from the experience reinvigorated and ready to face new challenges. Women engage in a dynamic recovery network that includes shamanic healing and somatic trauma approaches, as well as robust aftercare via the Sisterhood Circle Support Group. Alumni have the opportunity to participate in weekly Zoom or in-person gatherings, attend special retreats, and receive continuous support from a dedicated coordinator for a minimum of a year—ensuring enhanced assistance during the critical first 90 days. This program is thoughtfully structured to restore hope and dignity, enabling profound transformation while still attending to everyday responsibilities.

Villa Kali Ma does not participate in Medi-Cal, Medicaid, Medicare, or any state-funded insurance programs. It is an in-network provider for Healthnet, Anthem BCBS, Multiplan, Halcyon, and First Health. Currently, they accept a wide range of insurance plans that offer PPO or out-of-network benefits. Private insurance is welcomed.
