Their treatment encompasses addiction, trauma, depression, anxiety, disordered eating, and various other issues. The center also provides assistance with identity exploration, social and emotional growth, body image concerns, and self-esteem enhancement. Clients engage in a minimum of 25 hours of clinical care each week, which includes 2-3 individual therapy sessions facilitated by highly qualified, dually licensed clinicians. The Willows is inclusive of veterans, offering specialized trauma support tailored to their unique experiences and accepting VA insurance. Emphasizing the importance of family in the recovery process, The Willows provides comprehensive family services based on emotionally focused therapy and attachment theory to foster health and healing for both clients and their families. This includes weekly communication with a family therapist, monthly workshops, and dedicated family intensives. They also offer aftercare programs and an alumni network to ensure ongoing support after clients depart from the center. The mission of The Willows at Red Oak is to empower women to uncover a profound sense of self. Their diverse experiential therapy program includes a range of activities such as art therapy, rock climbing, horseback riding, canoeing, and ecotherapy. In addition, The Willows provides holistic services, including nutritional counseling, yoga, and acupuncture. As part of Bradford Health Services, The Willows at Red Oak Recovery serves adults throughout the southeastern United States across their residential, day (PHP), and intensive outpatient (IOP) treatment programs.
