About
Situated 11 miles west of the city, the Adult and Teen Challenge Twin Falls Women’s Campus provides a faith-based rehabilitation program specifically designed for women dealing with substance use issues. Established by David Wilkerson in 1960, the organization has expanded to nearly 250 centers throughout the United States and more than 1,000 locations in 95 different countries. In the Pacific Northwest, the program requires a one-time intake fee of $500, with no additional monthly charges for the duration of treatment. The women’s program in Twin Falls has a one-year duration and features a recently updated living space that accommodates 8 to 10 residents.
The curriculum at Adult and Teen Challenge is rooted in biblical principles and centers around three primary objectives: healing from the damage caused by substance use, reconciling relationships with Jesus Christ and others, and undergoing personal transformation built upon faith in Jesus. Participants engage in sermons, Bible study, prayer sessions, spiritual retreats, outdoor activities, and job training throughout their treatment. As the program does not have medical personnel on staff, individuals are required to complete detoxification before joining. To create a supportive environment focused on recovery, communication is restricted to immediate family, and the use of electronic devices is prohibited. To promote a complete recovery from all substance-related issues, smoking is also not permitted.
Treatment Focus
At this center, the main focus is on addressing substance use issues. The program is designed to assist individuals in achieving stability, developing strategies to prevent relapse, and accessing caring support systems.

Providers Policy
At the Adult and Teen Challenge Twin Falls Women’s Campus, we are committed to providing accessible and effective treatment options for women facing substance use challenges. While we do not accept insurance as a form of payment, we have established a straightforward fee structure to minimize financial barriers to participation.
There is a one-time intake fee of $500, which covers the entire duration of the program. Our comprehensive, one-year curriculum focuses on spiritual growth and recovery without ongoing monthly costs, allowing participants to concentrate on their healing journey.
We understand that affording treatment can be a concern, and we encourage potential participants and their families to explore local resources or community support options to assist with fees. Our primary goal is to support women in their journey to recovery through a Christ-centered approach and to facilitate transformative healing in a nurturing environment.
For any further inquiries regarding payment options or program specifics, please feel free to reach out to our admissions team. We are here to help guide you through the process and to ensure that you or your loved one can pursue the path to recovery.
