Adult and Teen Challenge Rochester Women’s Center

Adult & Teen Challenge at their Women's Center in Rochester provides both long-term faith-oriented rehabilitation programs and short-term licensed therapeutic services. The majority of their clients come from southeast Minnesota, where they support women in reintegrating into the community of Rochester with renewed strength and purpose. The recovery initiative at Adult & Teen Challenge emphasizes dedication, community service, and mutual support. The facility accommodates 74 women in need of assistance for overcoming addiction, featuring a well-equipped exercise space, a children's playground, a beautiful chapel, and various other amenities. Clients have the opportunity to engage in outdoor volleyball, gardening, recreational activities, and more. Their therapeutic offerings encompass group and individual therapy, a 12 Step program, life skills development, family counseling, and educational sessions on psychological wellness.

The center specializes in the treatment of substance use disorders alongside related mental health issues. Each individual's treatment plan is designed to simultaneously address both conditions, providing tailored and empathetic care for holistic recovery.
