Set on a sprawling 14-acre estate, Borden Cottage artfully combines vintage charm with contemporary comforts. Residents enjoy private, well-appointed accommodations with en suite bathrooms, either in the main house or within cozy guest cottages. The estate features a state-of-the-art wellness center, swimming pool, theater, billiards room, and even a bowling alley. Culinary delights are crafted by an in-house chef, who uses local and seasonal ingredients to prepare meals enjoyed either in the communal dining area, a lovingly restored diner from the 1950s, or on the scenic deck overlooking the ocean.
