CARE Counseling Woodbury (Lake Elmo)

Located in Lake Elmo, CARE Counseling Woodbury serves as an outpatient mental health facility for residents in the Minneapolis-St. Paul region. The center provides a range of evidence-based therapeutic services tailored for a wide variety of clients, which includes individuals, couples, families, children, and teens.
