ClearView Communities is a long-term residential facility for mental health treatment situated in the outskirts of Frederick, Maryland. The center focuses on supporting young adults and provides a distinctive and all-encompassing method for individuals experiencing mental health challenges who are aiming for recovery and self-sufficient living in their community. At ClearView Communities, a combination of evidence-based treatments is employed, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), family counseling, nursing services, wellness initiatives, and holistic methods such as art and expressive therapies, occupational therapy, and a nature-focused therapeutic program. Participants engage in both individual and group therapy, medication oversight, milieu therapy, and training in life skills designed to improve their daily functioning, emotional wellbeing, and active participation in the community. A significant aspect of the program emphasizes community integration through supported educational pursuits, volunteer work, and job opportunities. Residents are accommodated in single-occupancy rooms within gender-inclusive homes, fostering a supportive and non-institutional setting. Each living space is a thoughtfully updated suburban house that includes shared common areas, fully functional kitchens, and outdoor gardens with landscaped areas. Meals are prepared on the premises, and transportation is arranged for work, educational commitments, medical appointments, and community engagement activities. This atmosphere encourages both independence and social interaction while ensuring residents' comfort and safety.

The center specializes in addressing mental health disorders alongside concurrent substance use challenges. Here, you will undergo personalized and collaborative therapy that targets both aspects to promote comprehensive recovery.

They collaborate with CareFirst, Maryland's Blue Cross Blue Shield, as well as the Blue Cross Blue Shield Federal Employee Program. Unfortunately, they are not able to accept other insurance providers, including any alternative versions of Blue Cross Blue Shield.
