Founded by a group of friends in recovery, Crestview maintains an intimate atmosphere, ensuring that clients feel personally supported rather than just another number. The center emphasizes empowering clients with essential tools and strategies to navigate their recovery effectively. To achieve this, clients participate in evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and rational emotive behavioral therapy (REBT). Additional therapeutic options include art, music, yoga, mindfulness practices, 12-Step facilitation, and life skills training. Crestview Recovery Center offers individual, group, and family therapy sessions. Their experienced staff, many of whom are in recovery themselves, view their work as a vocation and are committed to delivering empathetic care. The team comprises a medical doctor, psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, licensed therapists, and addiction specialists, all with over 20 years of experience. Crestview Recovery Center addresses both primary and co-occurring mental health disorders. They provide a dedicated day treatment program and IOP focused specifically on mental health recovery. Treatment options cover a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, OCD, dissociative disorders, BPD, trauma, and eating disorders. Their tailored approach to treatment helps clients alter unhelpful thought patterns, resolve personal conflicts, and enhance communication abilities. In the residential setting, Crestview integrates mental health treatment with dual-diagnosis capabilities addressing both addictions and mental health challenges. Understanding the necessity for ongoing recovery efforts, Crestview prepares clients for life post-treatment. During their time there, clients learn and develop valuable life skills that assist them in budgeting, securing employment, interacting effectively, and treating others with respect. Prior to discharge, the staff devises individualized aftercare plans to meet each client's unique needs, ensuring they have the right resources, such as access to further therapy, medical professionals, or housing assistance. Crestview Recovery’s inpatient environment is designed to feel welcoming and homelike, avoiding the sterile feel often associated with hospitals. The center features two houses for different genders that replicate the comfort of home, allowing clients to unwind, enjoy nutritious catered meals, and engage in group activities. They also have access to an off-site gym and participate in weekly outings, fostering a sense of community and support during their recovery journey.
