Discover Recovery is a rehabilitation facility dedicated to supporting young adults and adults facing challenges with addiction, behavioral health issues, and concurrent mental health disorders. The center boasts a highly skilled team comprised of master's level therapists, seasoned counselors, registered nurses, a nurse practitioner, a board-certified addiction expert, and dedicated chefs. A range of services is provided, including medical detox, gender-specific residential programs, long-term residential options, and tailored programs for younger adults. Each program incorporates evidence-backed therapeutic methods alongside holistic approaches. Clients engage in both individual and group therapy sessions throughout the week. There are process groups that support interpersonal skill development, held five days a week, where dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) is a key focus. Emphasizing a holistic approach, Discover Recovery offers a variety of therapies, including Reiki, massage, yoga, meditation, acupuncture, Tai Chi, and more. Situated in Long Beach, Washington, Discover Recovery features a comfortable 40-bed facility where clients can thrive in a nurturing setting. Residents benefit from healthy meals prepared by on-site chefs and have access to an on-location gym. Additionally, clients have the opportunity to explore the unique attractions of Long Beach, such as the World Kite Museum and kite festival, the largest frying pan in the world, and a cranberry museum, among others.
