East-Coast Recovery offers comprehensive residential and outpatient programs for those struggling with addiction and co-occurring disorders. Their outpatient services consist of residential support, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), and partial hospitalization programs (PHP), also known as day treatment. The center utilizes a trauma-informed approach and custom care plans, ensuring that each individual can achieve and sustain their sobriety. Medication-assisted treatments are available when necessary, along with an aftercare initiative for former clients. Each participant's journey begins with an in-depth medical evaluation and a review of their health background. In the IOP program at East-Coast Recovery, clients engage in treatment sessions 3-4 times per week. The offerings include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), trauma-informed therapy, interpersonal therapy, and various experiential treatments. This program emphasizes the development of essential life skills, job readiness, social interaction, and relationship-building, while addressing the root causes of addiction. Experiential therapies provided encompass yoga, guided meditation, breathwork, and outdoor adventure activities. The PHP program at East-Coast Recovery accommodates clients five days a week. Therapeutic methods such as CBT and DBT focus on both addiction and underlying mental health challenges, assisting clients in understanding the factors contributing to their substance use. The center conducts informative sessions for clients and their families, enhancing knowledge about addiction, recovery strategies, and trigger management. Furthermore, East-Coast Recovery organizes on-site Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) meetings for individuals participating in residential care, IOP, PHP, or aftercare services. East-Coast Recovery also facilitates transportation for clients requiring rides to the facility. Family involvement is encouraged, with counseling sessions available for both clients and their relatives. After completing their treatment programs, clients have opportunities to reconnect with alumni and continue receiving support from the center's therapists.
