Their outpatient offerings encompass a partial hospitalization program (PHP), an intensive outpatient program (IOP), a standard outpatient program, and telehealth options. Clients have the opportunity to live in nearby sober living facilities while engaging in their treatment. At Excel Treatment Center, the rehabilitation process starts with thorough psychiatric evaluations and assessments to tailor the approach for each client. Every individual is supported by a dedicated primary therapist and case manager during their journey. The sober living arrangement fosters a nurturing and safe space for those in the initial stages of recovery. Furthermore, Excel Treatment Center provides job opportunities for its residents and alumni at a local recovery coffee shop named The Good Bean. The center employs a variety of evidence-based methodologies, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), psychoeducation sessions, medication management, weekly counseling, family therapy, and strategies for preventing relapse. Additionally, wellness activities such as yoga, expressive arts, mindfulness exercises, and meditation sessions are available. Excel Treatment Center effectively addresses co-occurring conditions like depression, anxiety, OCD, schizophrenia, personality disorders, body dysmorphia, trauma/PTSD, and grief in conjunction with substance use disorders. With adaptable treatment options, Excel Treatment Center provides different levels of therapeutic intensity. They facilitate educational pursuits for young adults and encourage clients to maintain contact with family and work through the use of phones and laptops during free time. The IOP allows clients to participate in clinical treatment for up to six days a week, totaling between 6 to 30 hours. Both daytime and evening sessions are available to accommodate various schedules, and families are invited to visit their loved ones in sober living every Sunday.
