FCCR Southlake

FCCR Southlake is an outpatient center dedicated to assisting individuals in overcoming opioid use disorder with a focus on medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and counseling. Situated on the eastern side of Richmond, VA, it caters to the communities of North Chesterfield, Bon Air, Manchester, and Midlothian. The center provides tailored care for professionals and expectant mothers, as well as extensive services for the general population. Operating Monday to Friday from 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM, it offers unwavering support for those seeking long-term recovery. Within the center, clients benefit from holistic care that includes general outpatient programs and medically supervised detoxification. They participate in individual and group therapy sessions, along with family involvement, tailored to meet their distinct needs. By incorporating mindfulness techniques, the approach promotes comprehensive recovery, addressing both mental and emotional well-being. Furthermore, the program offers 12-Step meetings, SMART Recovery options, and an aftercare monitoring system to ensure ongoing success. Regular progress tracking helps clients tackle challenges and provides the convenience of telehealth services for patients using suboxone.
