Fora Health is a well-established, non-profit rehabilitation facility located in Oregon, previously known as De Paul Treatment Centers. It offers wide-ranging care, support, and advocacy for individuals grappling with substance use issues and co-occurring mental health conditions. Over its 50-year history, the center has assisted more than 55,000 individuals employing a trauma-informed and evidence-based framework. Their comprehensive care spectrum includes tailored treatment strategies, mental health assistance, dual diagnosis services, family counseling, and peer recovery support. Dedicated to nurturing an inclusive and non-judgmental atmosphere, Fora Health works in partnership with local organizations to promote sustainable recovery. The Withdrawal Management program at Fora Health allows patients to enter via a walk-in procedure at their facility in Portland, available Monday to Saturday. Admission is contingent upon a screening assessment and the availability of beds, with no prior appointments required. They accept the Oregon Health Plan (OHP) along with various insurance providers, though on Saturdays, only OHP patients can be accommodated. Those coming from distant counties or with private insurance are encouraged to call in advance during regular hours for the enrollment process.
