CORE Program at Futures Recovery Healthcare

Futures Recovery Healthcare enables individuals to begin anew and strive for fulfilling, meaningful, and joyful lives. The CORE program delivers detoxification and residential treatment in a supportive, clinically structured environment, alongside outpatient services and continuing care. Set on a beautiful 9-acre secured campus, Futures provides a nurturing atmosphere where a skilled team assists clients in their healing journey through a variety of therapies and well-thought-out facilities. The CORE program addresses the intricate nature of addiction, tackling the physical, emotional, and psychological dimensions of the issue. Clients collaborate with devoted clinical professionals to identify the underlying causes of their substance use and develop effective coping techniques. Treatment methods incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing (MI). Additionally, programs such as fitness training, mindfulness, and wellness coaching are designed to promote long-lasting recovery and resilience. Clients reside in cozy, apartment-style accommodations that include private and shared bedrooms, along with communal living areas. An on-site culinary team creates healthy, nutritious meals. The campus features amenities like a pool, hot tub, fitness center, library, and outdoor courts for tennis, basketball, and volleyball. Spaces dedicated to wellness, including meditation trails and an art studio, combined with various recreational activities, encourage clients to remain active and focused on their recovery journey. Aftercare strategies link clients to local recovery networks and alumni groups, alongside therapy, coaching, and guidance from support groups. The center embraces a range of recovery paths—such as AA, NA, Celebrate Recovery, Dharma, SMART, and Wellbriety. The Alumni Program offers weekly meetings (including virtual options), monthly gatherings, and a structured outreach initiative, which includes 17 follow-up calls during the first year and continued check-ins for five years. Families are also provided with wellness-oriented support, and Soberlink or app-based testing fosters accountability and encourages lasting recovery.

The center specializes in addressing substance use disorders alongside simultaneous mental health issues. It offers individualized treatment plans that focus on both conditions simultaneously, ensuring a nurturing approach that promotes overall recovery.

Futures serves as a leading out-of-network facility, collaborating with both patients and insurance companies to enhance accessibility and affordability of its services.
