Immersion Recovery Center operates under the Guardian Recovery umbrella. The center provides a range of services, including medical detoxification, residential treatment, partial hospitalization programs (PHP), intensive outpatient programs (IOP), virtual support options, and detailed aftercare planning, all structured around a three-phase recovery model. Phase one emphasizes detoxification, residential treatment, and stabilization. In phase two, clients are encouraged to engage with the PHP, a comprehensive day program that allows them to either stay at home or in sober living facilities. Phase three is about reintegration, outpatient treatment, and the choice of sober living if preferred. The duration of each phase can vary, extending up to a year or abbreviating for a quicker recovery path, depending on the client's needs and collaboration with their treatment team. Throughout all care levels, clients engage in effective therapies such as motivational interviewing, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). To support family involvement, Immersion Recovery offers workshops and family therapy sessions, empowering families to become allies in their loved ones' recovery journeys. Psychoeducational sessions and healing discussions provide insight and hope that clients can access during residential care, PHP, and outpatient services. The center has established thorough aftercare planning to foster sustained recovery. Alumni are encouraged to participate in 12-Step meetings and both individual and group therapy and can take part in regular gatherings and recovery-friendly events organized by the center. Additionally, Immersion Recovery provides a wide array of resources to support those in early recovery. Situated in Delray Beach, Florida, Immersion Recovery Center features both shared and private accommodations, therapy spaces, a spacious common area, a communal dining room, and a lounge designed for relaxation and social interaction. Clients can enjoy outdoor grilling, volleyball matches in the backyard, and movie nights in the living area. Immersion Recovery emphasizes holistic healing through various activities, including nutrition therapy, yoga sessions, and recreational therapies such as snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding, hiking, and creative pursuits like art and music.
