Imagine Nampa

Imagine Nampa serves as both an outpatient (OP) and partial hospitalization (PHP) facility dedicated to delivering mental and behavioral health services for adolescents aged 12 to 17. The center features a warm and inviting environment designed to help teenagers feel secure and at ease. Participants engage in treatment five days a week for six hours daily and can consult with a psychiatrist twice weekly. Daily nursing support is on-site to address medical concerns and assist with medication oversight. Teens collaborate closely with their counselors to develop a tailored treatment strategy that is consistently evaluated during each session. Additionally, patients can participate in art and music therapy, along with mindfulness and meditation practices. The team at Imagine employs evidence-based methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), trauma-focused therapy, relationship counseling for teens, interpersonal therapy, and more. During the summer, Imagine Nampa also provides a PHP and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) aimed at equipping adolescents with vital skills for sustained recovery and effective coping mechanisms.
